Our business is dedicated to gastronomic experiences such as brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails, proprietary events and live music. A 360 experience! We are located in the iconic area of ​​La Placita de Santurce in San Juan, a tourist area. In Delavida Restobar you can live different experiences of first class cuisine, cocktails and different areas to celebrate your favorite event. It is a safe and friendly place with first class service and private parking.




CHEF FERNANDO JOSÉ

Chef Fernando José, Graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary University. Experienced in modern American cuisine. Worked in Spain at the Ramiro’s Restaurant; a Michelin star winner. He worked in restaurants in Asia, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. Founder of multiple restaurants like Bistro 606 located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.




ALCHEMIST OF FLAVOR

Chef Fernando’s travel experiences have become a personal story on each dish he creates. He is passionate about preserving his heritage through his dishes; Growing up helping his grandmother in the kitchen ignited in him the passion for sabor, mixing balanced flavors, ingredients, techniques and textures made him the Alchemist of Flavor (Alquimista del Sabor). For him each dish is an empty canvas, fire the magical element and the ingredients it’s flavorful colors. Today Fernando is the Chef of Delavida Restobar where his culinary transformations will take your palate to a new experience.
